judgement from 12.Mai 1998 the regional superior court Hamburg
has decided, that on have to take the responsibility for
contents on other sides by setting a link. That can - so the
regional superior court - only being prevented by an explicit
alienation from external contents. The regional planning
department has on its sides a great number of links to other
sides registered in internet. For all the links counts: We
declare explicitly, that we have no influence on the design and
the contents of the linked sides. For that reason we distance
ourselfes expressively from all contents of all linked sides and
don’t adopt their contents. This statement counts for all
announced extern links and for all contents of external sides,
to which there leads visible banner, buttons and other refers. |
